Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Accounting Pro.
  3. Click Core · Trial Balance.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/accounting_pro/accounting_pro_trial_balance

What this screen is for

Verify debits and credits by account for a period.

How to use — step by step

  1. Choose financial period or date range.
  2. Generate trial balance.
  3. Investigate accounts that are out of balance or unexpectedly high.
  4. Compare to prior period from reports menu.

  • Generate
  • Export

Required permissions

Staff need the accounting_pro_trial_balance feature with: view.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
