Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Accounting Pro.
  3. Click Core · Chart Of Accounts.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/accounting_pro/accounting_pro_accounts

What this screen is for

Maintain chart of accounts used by all GL transactions.

How to use — step by step

  1. Review account groups (assets, liabilities, equity, income, expense).
  2. Create new accounts with correct type and code/numbering scheme.
  3. Deactivate accounts no longer used (avoid deleting if history exists).
  4. Map default accounts in Settings if the module requires defaults.

  • New account
  • Edit
  • Deactivate
  • Import (if available)

Required permissions

Staff need the accounting_pro_accounts feature with: view, create, edit, delete.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
