Accounting Pro — AR · Receivable Aging (how to use)

Module: Accounting Pro

Log in to Admin.
Open sidebar menu Accounting Pro.
Click AR · Receivable Aging.
Direct route (for admins): admin/accounting_pro/accounting_pro_aging_reports?type=receivable

Track customer balances, collections, and statements.

Open customer or aging view.
Filter by overdue bucket or customer group.
Open invoices linked to balances; record payments via receipt voucher or BIXCRM invoice payment.
Generate customer statement PDF for a date range and send to client.

Staff need the accounting_pro_aging_reports feature with: view, export.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
