Where to open in admin
- Log in to Admin.
- Open sidebar menu Quality Management System.
- Click QMS Dashboard.
- Direct route (for admins):
admin/qms
What this screen is for
Summary view of KPIs, open items, and shortcuts into daily work in Quality Management System.
How to use — step by step
- Open this dashboard after login to see counts of open/pending records.
- Use widgets or summary cards to jump into lists (e.g. pending approvals, low stock, overdue tasks).
- Filter by date or status if filters are shown.
- Click through to the underlying list screen to action items.
- Refresh during the day; numbers update as staff post transactions.
Common buttons & actions
- Open record
- View report
- Export (if available)
Required permissions
Staff need the qms_dashboard feature with: view.
Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
