Tips from module settings

  • Return unused issued quantity back to inventory. Stock is restored via Inventory Management.
  • Scan or enter a work order number, ID, or OP:123 for an operation.
  • Each line must match a CRM item that is registered as a finished/semi-finished manufacturing product with an active BOM. Invoice line description must match the item name (or product code).
  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness = Availability × Performance × Quality. Based on workstation downtime, operation timers, and production receipts.
  • Enable REST API and authenticate with Authorization: Bearer or X-API-Key header. Base URL: /manufacturing/api/
  • Signing secret — verify X-Manufacturing-Signature header (HMAC SHA256).
  • 0 = use global default from settings.
  • Send header: X-BI-Token: your-token
  • Enter a batch number to list all customers and shipments that received product from this lot.
  • One serial per line (or comma-separated)
  • Visual timeline of scheduled operations by workstation
  • Create a rework work order for failed quantity
  • Record scrap and deduct from inventory
  • POST JSON readings to this endpoint with X-IoT-Secret header
  • Forecast demand from invoice sales history using moving average
  • Use token-authenticated CSV/JSON endpoints for external BI tools
  • When checked, toggles batch release, FEFO, QC templates, and related options for the selected profile.
  • Trace finished-good serials to component serials and parent assemblies (assembly & automotive).
  • Optional: one line per finished serial — PARENT|CHILD1,CHILD2 (links at receipt)
  • Maintain allergen master data and assign contains / may contain flags to inventory items.
  • Choose a BIXCRM inventory item, then set allergen presence for that item.
  • Inventory items are not available — enter the BIXCRM item ID manually.
  • Select Contains, May Contain, or None for each allergen. Declaration rolls up from BOM ingredients.
  • Derived from allergen assignments on raw material items in this BOM.
  • Track fabric rolls with shade, GSM, width, and remaining length for cutting and dyeing.
  • Optional: issue from a fabric roll (consumes meters and checks shade matching).
  • Define size × color variants for a style BOM. Quantities scale from base BOM output.
  • Step-by-step batch manufacturing records with signatures for pharma compliance.
  • QC must release raw material lots before they can be issued to production.
  • Lot must be QC-released before issue.
  • Reserve retain and stability samples per production batch for QC and regulatory compliance.
  • Temperature, humidity, and cleanroom readings linked to batches and eBR records.
  • Registry of IQ, OQ, PQ, and validation evidence with review due dates.
  • Define secondary outputs from a batch (co-products and by-products) scaled from recipe BOM yield.
  • Record actual co-product quantities received into inventory with this production receipt.
  • Track tanks, reactors, and mixers tied to batches and work orders.
  • Defaults to accepted qty if blank
