Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Enterprise API Gateway.
  3. Click Gateway Dashboard.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/enterprise_api_gateway

What this screen is for

Summary view of KPIs, open items, and shortcuts into daily work in Enterprise API Gateway.

How to use — step by step

  1. Open this dashboard after login to see counts of open/pending records.
  2. Use widgets or summary cards to jump into lists (e.g. pending approvals, low stock, overdue tasks).
  3. Filter by date or status if filters are shown.
  4. Click through to the underlying list screen to action items.
  5. Refresh during the day; numbers update as staff post transactions.

Common buttons & actions

  • Open record
  • View report
  • Export (if available)

Required permissions

Staff need the eag_dashboard feature with: view.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.

Tips from module settings

  • When disabled, all external gateway requests return 503
