Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Contract Lifecycle Management.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/contract_lifecycle_management/contract_lifecycle_management_settings

What this screen is for

Transfer funds between cash and bank accounts without external party.

How to use — step by step

  1. Create contra voucher.
  2. Select from and to accounts (e.g. bank → cash).
  3. Enter amount and reference.
  4. Post to update both ledgers.

Common buttons & actions

  • Save
  • Post

Required permissions

Staff need the clm_settings feature with: view, edit.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
