Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Cold Chain Management.
  3. Click Bulk Import.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/cold_chain/cold_chain_iot_import

What this screen is for

Bulk load master or transactional data from file.

How to use — step by step

  1. Download sample CSV template if provided.
  2. Fill required columns and validate codes match masters.
  3. Upload file and map columns.
  4. Review validation errors, fix file, and re-import.

  • Download template
  • Upload
  • Validate

Required permissions

Staff need the ccm_iot_import feature with: view, create.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.

Tips from module settings

  • Upload a CSV file with columns: device_code, temperature, humidity (optional), recorded_at (optional), notes (optional).
