Where to open in admin

  1. Log in to Admin.
  2. Open sidebar menu Asset Performance Management.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Direct route (for admins): admin/asset_performance_management/asset_performance_management_settings

What this screen is for

Module configuration — defaults, sync, API, multi-company.

How to use — step by step

  1. Review each settings tab (general, sync, API, tax defaults).
  2. Set default accounts, prefixes, and approval rules.
  3. Enable BIXCRM sync options and map payment modes if shown.
  4. Save and test with one sample transaction.

  • Save settings
  • Test sync
  • Create API key

Required permissions

Staff need the apm_settings feature with: view, edit.

Assign under Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions.
